Rules and Regulations  Abrenoor Platform (Abrenoor.ir)

Dear User

The Computer Research Center of Islamic Sciences (Noor Center) expresses its utmost gratitude and appreciation to all users who respect the material and intellectual property rights of software creators (including this center) and adhere to the terms of use for the products developed by this center.

Important Note: Please read the following terms and conditions carefully; as your continued use of the "Abrenoor" platform signifies your acknowledgment and acceptance of all these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these conditions, you are not authorized to use this platform. In these regulations, "Platform" refers to "Abrenoor" (Noor Software Online Dashboard), and "Noor" refers to the "Computer Research Center of Islamic Sciences."

1. Governing Laws of the Platform:

This platform is designed and launched based on the current laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the intellectual and material property laws and trademarks of the Islamic Republic of Iran support it.

2. Scope of Terms:

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the platform, its technical structure, and any data uploaded to or made available through it.

3. Your Permission:

"Noor," as the owner of the platform and the software provided within it, grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for academic, personal, and non-commercial purposes, subject to the applicable restrictions.

4. Usage Restrictions:

4-1 Each user may only have one account and must avoid creating duplicate or fake accounts. If such violations are detected, the platform reserves the right to suspend the user account permanently or temporarily.

Note: Users of this platform may share their accounts only with their first-degree relatives for non-commercial and research purposes. Transferring accounts to others is not permitted.

4-2 Using the platform for any illegal purposes or in violation of the stated terms and conditions is prohibited, and the user assumes responsibility for any unlawful exploitation.

4-3 Any attempt to breach the platform, reverse engineer, decompile, assemble, or process any software or technology from this platform and its subsidiaries is prohibited and subject to legal prosecution.

4-4 The content of the platform and the provided software, including written, audio, visual resources, exclusive logos, and any other information, may not be edited, copied, or published—whether in whole or in part, online or offline, for free or for a fee—without written permission from the Computer Research Center of Islamic Sciences and the copyright holders.

4-5 All material and intellectual rights and interests of the software provided on the platform exclusively belong to "Noor." This includes, but is not limited to, the software itself and its components, methodologies, electronic texts, metadata, text formatting, content enhancement, indexing, audio, images, videos, animations, maps, models, statistics, tables, graphic designs, and program source codes. These rights are protected under the copyright and distribution laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran and international treaties.

4-6 Users are not permitted to extract books or sections of electronic resources from the software and independently reproduce, sell, gift, or distribute them in any form—whether printed or electronic—for commercial or promotional purposes.

4-7 Since the material and intellectual property rights of most works on the Noor platforms belong to their respective authors and publishers, unauthorized use of these published resources not only violates the legal and religious rights of this center but also infringes upon the material and intellectual property rights of the authors and publishers, making such actions legally prosecutable under Iran’s "Law on the Protection of Authors, Composers, and Artists - 1969."

4-8 Offering the platform’s software through any means other than those provided by "Noor" (such as mobile applications or virtual network services) is a clear violation of "Noor’s" rights and is illegal. The exclusive right to distribute these software products remains with "Noor."

4-9 If you have used one or more of the software or services of this platform for your research, article, book, or thesis, please acknowledge it in the "Acknowledgments," "References," or "Research Methodology" section of your work. The suggested citation is:

"In the writing/compilation/publication of this book/article/thesis/journal, the software ... (mention the names of the software used) has been utilized."

Additionally, total excerpts from a single source should not exceed 30 pages.

5. Responsibilities of Organizations for Usage Licenses:

5-1 All contracting organizations and companies must grant access to their users according to the agreed-upon access limits in their contract with the platform. They are responsible for any violations committed by their users.

Note: If any contractual terms are violated, the platform reserves the right to terminate the contract unilaterally.

6. User Responsibilities for Usage Licenses:

6-1 Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.

6-2 Any violation of copyright laws or platform policies will result in account termination.

7. Privacy Policy:

The platform is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of user information and will not disclose registered access and user details to third parties.

8. Violation of Terms and Conditions:

Violation of any of these terms will result in the termination of the user's right to use the platform, and they will be responsible for any damages caused.

Thank You,

Computer Research Center of Islamic Sciences
